There is a considerable lack of policy and procedures within the small business sector relating to compliance in laws about privacy, disability, bullying and discrimination, consumer laws refunds, workplace health and safety, recruitment, termination, subcontractors employee status and the impact of drugs and alcohol in the workplace or workplace sanctioned activities and so on. REPS offer direct assistance on a professional fee for service basis for most of these services but have developed “templates” to assist with cost effective preparation of compliance policies which minimize and protect business from the worst scenarios when things go wrong with clients, public, staff, landlords, public liability, insurances, government etc.

Job Seeker Services

REPS have 6 programs of assistance for people seeking work/Employment Services

REPS objective with the Job Seeker program is to get people into meaningful and paying work and help them retain it as soon as they can. REPS do not train for the sake of training. Clients are encouraged on all programs to apply for and accept work at any time from the outset. A client remains a client even after they are in work force. If the current job does not work out for our clients, they can return for further training. The programs on offer empower candidates and they become far more competitive. Most job seekers welcome a quick skills assessment to identify their strengths, and so we are able to work on areas of the client’s weaknesses to develop these. This is a structured job preparation and is broken into many small parts enabling clients the opportunity to choose the help they want or need. There is also accredited retail and customer service training options as well as access to a wide range of other help and training. REPS are also a resource for any queries regarding employment, training and challenges that candidates face after they have re-joined the work force, where they require a listening post to help them with workplace decisions that they are trying to make.
