The Redlands Helping Our Own (RHOO) Community Alliance is subjected to the 1988 Privacy Act and in doing so must comply with the Act. Here at RHOO we are committed to protecting the privacy of our staff, visitors, and clients, and we do our utmost to ensure that the privacy of our staff, visitors, and clients is at an all time high.

Security:
At RHOO we pride ourselves in keeping your personal documents one hundred percent safe. We have strict procedures to ensure the security of our data.

These procedures include:
• All client and staff information is password protected and stored on a secure server
• Client and staff information cannot be used outside the office
• The information being used will only be accessible by those working with the client
• Information will be filed away once the staff has processed the data

Information Collected from the site:
The information gathered from this site is strictly for the use of RHOO while servicing our clients. This information will not be divulged to anyone outside our Communtiy Alliance.

The information gathered includes:
• The date and time you accessed the site
• Service you enquire about
• Any personal contact details you provide

Rest assured that no personal information will be divulged to third parties and all information taken will be held on a password protected sever which will have its password changed on a regular basis. None of the gathered information will be released to anyone, unless required by law.
