Business Services

Business Services are provided to enhance our businesses by industry, private, community and NFP bodies as well as the government sector. As well as the usual types of training and mentoring there are new services that can help you to cut loss through shrinkage, profit through better merchandising displays and so on. Here are some of the alliance partners and many of these services are funded by government grants. Others may be fee for service or a combination of both. This service may be one on one, group, online or a combination. Whatever the fee if any, the services here are customer focused and you can choose the style and timing for business services to suit your busy business schedule. For some there is even a residential program held at nearby beach locations. So there are choices to suit any business owner, manager or staff member who wants to upgrade skills, bottom line or qualifications by working on and in their own business.

Bayside Bulletin Supporting the Redlands

ANY community should have a strong relationship with its local newspaper.

For 25 years and 1275 editions, the Bayside Bulletin has been part of the Redland community and has grown with the Redlands, as it evolves from a semi-rural community to a city of 140,000 people.

Our role has been to assist in retaining the Redland identity as population growth has brought both new facilities and services and created tensions and conflict.

We have given a voice to the community and actively encouraged our community members to support each other through both good times and bad times.

The Bayside Bulletin has been a vehicle to disseminate information about council activities and policies. The 1984-2009 period has thrown up challenges for all levels of governments and the responses to those challenges have not always met with local support.

Despite all the changes in the landscape of our community in the last 25 years - physically and socially - the Redlands has emerged intact as a community that has pride in itself and its future.

Redlands is a city that people who have travelled around the world still fall in love in and still make a decision to call it home.

The Bayside Bulletin is the major contributor of local news and information to the residents of Redland city with free home delivery each Tuesday. The Bulletin focuses on local community issues, real estate, retail and shopping centres, entertainment, local business and community news and carries outstanding Trade Directory and Classified sections.
